Below is a list of our Convention Commitee (ConComm) meetings for this year. We have subcommittee meetings throughout the year. The main ConComm meetings are held at the Memphis Main library at 3030 Poplar Ave in Memphis and reflect the Meeting Room assigned. (See the map link at the bottom of this article.)

These meetings are on Sundays and start at 2pm all year with the exception of January - March as we make the final preparations for the March convention. For a map to the library, click Here.

Mission

Our primary focuses are literacy and education. To that end, we have held an annual convention in Memphis, TN for over two decades hosting numerous authors, editors, scientists, and artists. We also hold a free seminar for educators and librarians, a writers' conference with workshops by award winning authors and editors, and annual student art and writing contests.

Non-Profit

MidSouthCon is presented by Mid-South Science and Fictions Conventions Inc. a non-profit type 501(c)(3) Corporation. Donations are welcome (and are tax deductible).
