Convention Committee

Below is a list of our Convention Committee (ConComm) meetings for this year. We have subcommittee meetings throughout the year. The main ConComm meetings are held at the Memphis Main library at 3030 Poplar Ave in Memphis and reflect the Meeting Room assigned. (See the map link at the bottom of this article.)

• May 19, 2013 (2pm Sea Isle Park, Memphis - Wellsville and Flamingo (Eric's house as a rain backup))
• June 23, 2013 (2pm Meeting Room A)

• August 18, 2013 (2pm Meeting Room A)
• September 22, 2013 (2pm Meeting Room A)
• October 13, 2013 (2pm Meeting Room A)

Meetings start at 2pm from April through December and 1pm from January through March, unless otherwise noted.  From January to March there are two meetings per month, with the second meeting dates and location, which will be posted when details are known. For a map to the library, click Here.

Programming Subcommittee 

If you are interested in programming, our Programming committee meetings are listed below.  They are held on the dates listed at the Germantown Public Library, 1925 Exeter Rd, Germantown, TN 38138 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
