Convention Members and Staff,
The convention leadership has just learned that there is an issue with room bookings on the part of the hotel and they do not have enough double rooms to cover the number booked. Hotel management has advised us that starting tomorrow, they will begin reaching out to some of you, if necessary, who have reserved double rooms to find out if you would be willing to switch to a King room. I do know that some of you had booked a double at one point because their website indicated King rooms were sold out. If you are one of those people, please contact the hotel and request to have your reservation switched from a Double to King. If you have ANY QUESTIONS about this issue, please contact the hotel at 684-6444. The hotel has asked us to pass on their deepest regrets over this error. At this time I have no other information on the issue.
