Once again MidSouthCon will be held at the airport Holiday Inn Select (a hotel with over 20,000 square feet of function space). It is located on 2240 Democrat (at Airways) in Memphis, TN. The phone # is (901) 332-1130

Room Cost

The rooms are priced at a flat rate of $81.00 per night (up to four people), and just in case you want to spend some extra time in Memphis, you can get the convention rate from March 21st to the 27th

Reservations

Reservations You can make reservations by either calling 1-800-287-0037 and asking for the special rate for MidSouthCon 26 (group code - G74) at the Memphis International Airport, or you can reserve your room on-line at the MidSouthCon Hotel Reservations Page. Note: we always fill up the hotel, so you should reserve your room as early as possible.

Directions

The following directions assume you will be driving to MidSouthCon (If you are flying in, you just take the convenient airport shuttle).

Nashville -- from I-40, take the I-240 Jackson, Mississippi, exit. Get off of I-240 at exit 23-B, Airways south. At the first stoplight, turn right onto Democrat.

Arkansas/Missouri -- follow I-55 south from West Memphis, across the 'old' bridge -- immediately after crossing the bridge, 'exit' on the ramp (to the right) for I-55/I-240 south. Stay on I-240 until you get to exit 23-B, Airways south. Take that exit -- at the first stoplight, turn right onto Democrat.

Mississippi from Hwy 78 -- stay on 78 north bound until you get to Democrat road. Turn left on Democrat -- stay on Democrat until you cross Airways -- the hotel will be on the right.

Mississippi from I-55 -- take the I-240 south (Nashville) exit ramp. From I-240, take the 23B, Airways south, exit. At the first stoplight, turn right onto Democrat.
