Registration Information

Memberships

Adult Registration is $35.00 until 12/01/07 then $40.00 until 03/01/08 and $45.00 thereafter. Children under 12 years of age are only half the adult price, and Children in-tow (under 6) are free.

Great Con Suite Giveaway

For an additional $5.00 convention registrants will have a chance to win books and prizes, some autographed by our guests. Participants in the giveaway will be able to get premium beverages in the con suite. Drawings will be held during closing ceremonies. You do not need to be present to win.

Guests Banquet

Feast with our guests in the hotel banquet Hall Saterday evening. Guest Speeches, awards, and food - what more could you ask for? All you can eat buffet only $20.

Two Ways to pre-register

Note: MSC 26 pre-registration has been turned off as we make our final preparations for the con. You cam pay at the convention starting at noon Friday march 28th.

Dealer and Artists costs

Dealer Tables

Each six-foot table is sixty dollars with a limit of four tables per dealer. (Does not include membership.) Note: The the Dealer's Room fills up very quickly, so reserve your tables early. To be put on the waiting list, or for more information please E-mail us at dealer@midsouthcon.org.

Art Show Panels & Tables

(Note: Artists wishing to display at MidSouthCon must contact the art show director at artshow@midsouthcon.org and receive their artist number before sending in any art.)

Full panels (8'x4') $12.00
half panels (4'x4') $6.00
Full Table (8' banquet) $12.00
Half Table $6.00
Print Shop $0.25 per piece.
There is a 10% handling fee for all art that is sold.

Advertising Rates

We accept a limited amount of advertising in our publications. All of our publications are black and white, and ads need to be either camera ready art or TIFFs with a 300dpi minimum. The prices for ads in our veriouse publications are listed below.

Progress Report

The print run for our main mailout/progress report is of 3600 copies
(note: Ad space is very limited).
$100 for a 3" x 7.5" ad
$50 for a 3" x 3 3/4" ad
