Want to Be Part of MidSouthCon 42? Applications Are Open!

MidSouthCon 42 is coming to the Historic Whispering Woods Hotel in Olive Branch, Mississippi, March 19–21, 2027, and we’re looking for people who want to help make it an unforgettable weekend!

Whether you have something wonderful to sell, a fascinating topic to discuss, or a talent you’d love to share with fellow fans, there’s a place for you at MidSouthCon. Applications are now open for both vendor tables and panelists!

🛍️ Bring Your Wares: Vendor Applications Are Open!

Our Dealers Room is where fans discover new treasures, find that perfect addition to their collections, and occasionally go home wondering how they managed to spend that much money on books, art, games, and collectibles.

If you’re a vendor interested in joining the fun, we’d love to hear from you! Applications are now open, but don’t wait too long to claim your spot.

🎤 Got Something to Say? Panelist Applications Are Open!

Do you love science fiction, fantasy, science, gaming, costuming, movies, or another corner of geek culture? Have expertise to share, a creative skill to demonstrate, or a topic you could happily discuss until someone has to remind you that the next panel is starting?

We want to hear from you!

MidSouthCon’s programming includes panel discussions, demonstrations, sing-alongs, and plenty of opportunities to explore the things we love. And you don’t have to be a professional author, scientist, artist, or expert to participate. If you have an interest you’re passionate about and something to share with your fellow fans, you could be part of the program!

Find Your People. Find Your Weird.

MidSouthCon is a convention of the fans, by the fans, and for the fans. Our vendors, panelists, guests, volunteers, and attendees all help make it the kind of convention we love coming back to year after year.

So whether you’re ready to fill a dealer table with irresistible goodies or take the microphone and share your favorite subject with a room full of fellow enthusiasts, we’d love to have you join us.
